We are currently seeking highly qualified Nurse Practitioners who hold a valid license in QC to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for professional growth within an innovative and rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual consultations and patient care through our digital platform.
- Deliver specialized care in Men’s Health and/or Women’s Health, including hormone therapies and related treatments.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans that align with their health goals.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license in the following provinces: QC
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Adult Care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
- Prior experience prescribing hormones is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a digital/virtual healthcare environment.
- Must be available a minimum of 8 hours/week.
